280 planted tank in progress (ideas and opinions welcome)

planning on setting up a new planted aquarium.

Here is what I'm hoping to create..

Plants from top to bottom from coloured blocks:
vallisneria spiralis
rotala rotundifolia
ludwigia brevipes
Staurogyne sp
micranthemum micranthemoides, also called ''hemianthus micranthemoides''
cryptocoryne wendtii ''brown''
vallisneria americana ''mini twister''
eleocharis parvula (hairgrass) and hemianthus callitrichoides ''cuba'' (HC cuba) will fill the rest of the tank.

Black are; the intake for external filter, heater and Co2 diffuser.
Brown are; Dragon stones

Fauna: not sure yet, but got some discuss, rasboras, black widow and oto.

TANK SPEC

AQUARIUM:48''x18''x20''
SUBSTRATE:JBL Manado substrate, 101 Aquarium gravel by Aqua, Sera Plant Complete
FERT: Easy life ( carbo, ferro, profito, fosfo, nitro)
FILTER: JBL Cristalprofi e900
HEATER: Elite 100 W
LIGHTING: Arcadia 4x39W
Co2: Pressurized 2bps

Here is a picture of the tank at the moment, waiting to actually get a cabinet to be able to start everything.

Looks like you have it all sussed out. Not sure if its a typo, but I can't see a 100w heater being sufficient for the tank you have. 280 litres ??? U may need a 300w or 250w maybe.

I have another 100w somewhere, will put it as well and see how it goes. Will get a 300w then if the 2x 100w isn't enough.

Not going to paint the back but going to use some film paper at the back (recommended by Sean).

Got the wood off Petemax, will start building the cabinet as soon as possible.

After days of patience, hours of work.. here comes the new toy. i havent finished have outside yet.. still waiting for some more plants and didnt stick to my original plan. also need to get a 300w heater, but the fish are loving it. more space for them to fly...

was a bit bold with the eleocharis parvula (hairgrass)

I used AqAdvisor to check what fish i would used in the new set up

but it says that i need to add more filtration, might need to get a new internal.
