Hi Graham; Im following the guide based on my 330 litres nett. So its 3 drops bac daily and 3 drops SP daily;with 0.3 zeostart twice daily. Thats about right; right? :)

Im also wondering what type of algae would appear in the next few days? Also very interested to know what our paramaters are on days 4-14 if we test them? Or rather what should the parameters be at??!?

Hi bud

Yea I'm doing the same for 400ltrs 4 drops of bac and power and .4ml of start twice daily for the start only! I also have my zeo reactor set at just about 400ltrs an hour! This is manually pumped by hand twice daily once in the morning and then night with the .4ml of start ( your case .3ml) added to the sump water where the pump from reactor is so the pump will suck the start into the reactor! Also do this with the bac once daily, I add the power to the main tank once daily. Hope that helps Andrew

For algae types I'm not 100% sure yet as they are not that big yet, but I can see 4 types on my rock green and purple grass type and then an other green type and then a brown/golden coloured type that is covering the rocks

Hi bud! It is day 5 today, there are signs of life like the mini brittle stars, baby snails and one or two mushrooms which I overlooked while transferring from old tank.

However no sign of algae yet wonder is this normal.

Btw what test kits are you using Graham ?

I have the hanna too, I must say its easier but the results fluctuates a lot :(

It can be 20 and then 40 ppb. Head wrecking ! :D

I think it might be the reagents, going to order some new ones.

Also saw this fella; anyone has any idea which species? The legs are black with white lines.

Just hope it wont chew on my corals! :)
