New Guy , My Aquarium.

Hi Guys ,
My Name is Dave.
I am relatively new to fish keeping.
I have 2 fish tanks.
One with 6 High Fin Paroon Sharks (they were given to me for free and i didnt know the size they will eventually grow to , incase anyone wants to give out to me about it) , 3 Silver dollars , 1 Blood parrot , 1 Savanni cichlid and one Arowana

The other tank with 2 Angel fish , 1 Elephant fish and a Saddled Bichir Dinosaur Fish.

Any comments or questions welcome

love them paroon sharks,how big are they?
u must have a big tank for them and the arowana

try get up a few pics of your setups

Thanks mossy , 150 litre tank . . . . . they are just babies now but i am intalling a 1200 litre tank as we speak.

Paroon sharks are 4 inches long at the moment.

1200 ltr good stuff
now u have the bug :lol:
big tanks are great,very easy to look after with very little maintance

Do you think an oscar would do ok in that tank?

a young oscar will be fine for a while
these fantastic fish will grow big fairly fast but you will prob have the 1200ltr tank sorted by then
what filter are you using as the are very messy fish

A 1200L tank is a great idea, but for holding fish that grow to 3ft long.... I'm all for monster fish, but they should be kept in monster fish tanks. 1200L is not monster
