silica sand is fine. I use it myself.
How long are the plants in there and what fish do you keep apart from the ones I can make out in the picture? Are your fish pulling or digging the plants out?
You can't fix stupid.

Go-on tell us what wasnt quite right on the test strips,
they do give approximate results. :)

The plants are about 2 months old

I have guppies 2 angels a Molly and a few danios, but they don't really go near the plants


The strips said everything was ok i really need to get a proper test kit :oops:
