Seahorse Man rte1 8.30 monday 12th july

Exactly, people at work with me who have zero interest in fish have all been commented on the programme and are watching every night! They are as interested in "the lad cutting his hair in the sink" as the seahorses but its defo got people talking!

have to say " what a great show"..

Always knew Keelan to be a top bloke, but after watching this i realy do need to take my hat off to him..
This man deserves credit for his deterimination and hard work..
ill have to take a trip to his shop to show my appreciation by giving a fish or two a new home... :lol:

(thats my excuse)..

great shop great stock and honest advice top that with one of the best marine biologist around...seahorse aquariums will continue to be my shop of choice...

Great show. Very interesting.

Can anyone tell me why a lot of the video is reversed left to right. There are numerous times when stuff is obviously backwards. Road signs, writing on the walls and charts, logos on clothing etc. Is there any reason from a video production point of view.

What a great show. Fair play to Keelan he is a very brave man not to just run away from it all, esp with the amount of money involved. I do feel that 30 mins is not long enough for the programme!! Looking forward to the last installment tonight!

The size of the operation in china and they couldn't achieve what keelan did in a small cottage on our west coast. Some accomplishment.

Hope this isn't flogging a dead horse (sorry) but I found that scene with Keelan in the Chinese market talking about all the sea horses he could produce in one month wouldn't be enough to keep one shop going one day in China a bit of a eye opener.It's really amazing and so sad that we as a species have done this countless times with different animals( take your pick - tigers,snow leopards, pandas,etc) yet we never seem to learn,
hopefully Keelan's vision will have a effect on those that cause so much destruction on his beloved sea horses.Maybe his effort will be the first step on the long journey to bring these unusual but beautiful marine creatures back from the brink of extinction and give hope for all the other beautiful animals that are sharing this planet with us.
